Delivery

We ship packages free of charge within Austria for orders over €50 via GLS (unless otherwise stated). Shipping costs for other items depend on the selected products and are displayed during the checkout process.

Virtual products (such as booking confirmations and green fee vouchers) are sent by email. You can also find your voucher code in your customer account under “Your Orders” and the details of your purchase after payment.

We ship letters (documents, cards, etc.) free of charge via Austrian Post (Eco-Letter).

We deliver to all countries within the European Union. Shipping (handover to the shipping provider) usually takes place within 3 business days. Delivery outside of Austria may take longer than indicated in the product description.
